Why this works
A tutoring centre runs a fixed program through a group room. That is efficient for the centre, and it means the topic your child is stuck on this week might be covered in six weeks, or might have been covered back in March.
One tutor sitting with one child works the other way around. They open the school diary, look at what is due, and start there. Quadratics on Tuesday because quadratics are on the test on Friday.
We did not invent that argument for this page. A Year 11 student made it, in a review she left us.
“Unlike other tutoring places, I like that I am able to learn about topics that directly apply to my school work instead of waiting weeks for a tutoring centre's teaching schedule to align with school topics.”

What we cover
Primary through to the HSC, matched to a tutor who knows the subject and the syllabus behind it. Tell Stephanie on the call what your child is finding hard and she will tell you straight away whether she has the right person for it.

Junior and senior
Junior Science, and History at both junior and senior level.
Selective, NAPLAN, HSC
NAPLAN, the Selective High School Placement Test, and the HSC.
Some niche subjects including Drama come up from time to time, depending on which tutor is free. Ask on the call and Stephanie will tell you straight away whether she can cover it.
How it starts
01
Thirty seconds. Year level, suburb, and what they are stuck on. It costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
02
About ten minutes. She asks what is happening with your child, then tells you whether she has a tutor who fits. If she does not, she will say so.
03
First lesson at your place, your local library, or online. If the fit is wrong, you tell us and we match again.
Where lessons happen
Most suburbs across Sydney, plus online across NSW. You pick the setting, and you can change it later if something else turns out to suit your child better.

Before you call
It depends on the year level and the subject, because a Year 12 Maths tutor and a Year 3 reading tutor are not the same job. Stephanie gives you the figure on the call, before anything is booked. We would rather quote you properly than put a from-price on a web page and change it later.
Yes. It is about ten minutes on the phone, and no lesson is booked at the end of it unless you want one.
Most suburbs across Sydney for in-home tutoring, and anywhere for online lessons. If you are not sure about your suburb, call 0468 568 858 and ask before you fill anything in.
That is the whole point of matching rather than rostering. One tutor stays with your child for as long as it is working, and several of our students have had the same tutor for around two years.
Every tutor holds a valid Working with Children Check. On the call, ask Stephanie about the specific tutor she has in mind and she will tell you their background and what they have taught.
Yes. One family has twin daughters in the same lesson, which they told us was the reason they chose us.
It depends on which tutor fits your child and what your week looks like. Stephanie will tell you on the call what she actually has available, rather than promising a date before she knows who is free.
No, and you are not the first parent to ask it in those words. Several of the students quoted above started while struggling with a subject they had already fallen behind in. Tell Stephanie honestly where your child is up to on the call, because the gap is what decides where the tutor starts, not whether it is worth starting.
